Gayle founded G Force after nearly 20 years with Blue Chip FMCG companies, starting out as a field sales representative and progressed through just about all sales roles imaginable, including working and living in the USA handling one of Coca Cola’s largest accounts and more recently managing a Top 4 Account in GB. She has real world experience and a proven track record of delivery.

Gayle is born and bred a scouser and was mortally offended when the call to appear on the TV show Desperate Scousewives
never came.




Having proved her sales and account
management skills with Blue Chip companies Charlotte came over all warm and fluffy and transitioned to the darkside... Marketing.

Having spent hours and hours devising and implementing Regional and National campaigns, Charlotte knows how to sell and how to support that sale.

When not G-Forcing, Charlotte can be found removing walls in her house, whether they are structurally required or not... it’s all about the light.
